In only took six seconds to prove to pro-waterboarding talk show host Mancow that waterboarding is torture and to prove that Sean Hannity is not just stupid, he’s a coward as well.
Erich “Mancow†Muller used to be among the ranks of Conservative and phony Libertarian talk show personalities that considered waterboarding, often called the “water cure”, torture. He once so arrogantly proclaimed that having a little water poured on your head was not really that big of a deal. So when he volunteered to experience a very softened version of the integration technique as part of his radio show, he never thought that 6 seconds of the experience would convert his view on the subject 180 degrees, but it did!
After only 6 seconds of the exercise, his hands unbound, surrounded by friends and not subjected against his will, Mancow gave up. His initial response proclaimed that while he was not happy to say it, waterboarding is “absolutely torture.â€

His initial response did not change over the Memorial Day weekend, when on an appearance on the Keith Olbermann show, his views had solidified:
“I was laughing about this, that it was a stupid radio thing,†Muller remarked. “I thought I could go 30 seconds. I’ll hold my breath. Big deal, they’ll sprinkle water. It is a big deal. It’s torture.”
Mancow’s conversion on the subject of waterboarding, however, is only part of the story.
In case you haven’t been following the Olbermann vs. Hannity waterboarding debate, I’ll give you the gist. Hannity, on his own show remarked to guest, actor Charles Grodin that waterboarding was not torture. Grodin challenged Hannity to be waterboarded which the commentator responded that he was willing to do it for charity. Olbermann than issued a challenge to the right-wing pundit that he would donate $10,000 to Hannity’s favorite charity. Sean Hannity, of course, never responded and even, never spoke of it again.
After Mancow’s conversion, Olbermann withdrew the offer to Hannity and handed the $10k to Muller’s charity instead, provided he come on his show to talk about it, which is where the aforementioned quotes originate.
Hannity and Fox News have not surprisingly refrained from commenting.
Boy you know you’re in trouble when you can’t even go on a damage control spin. Especially from the relentless liars at Fox News.
So it is official! Mancow thinks waterboarding is torture and Sean Hannity is a spineless coward who goes back on his own word, EVEN FOR CHARITY!
Can these guys get any more pathetic?!
